Although throughout the year the activities are more limited, it is in summer when an effort is made to offer visitors a whole series of elements and offers on the beaches that are the ideal complement to a summer day.
Among them we highlight the free sessions of gymnastics and aerobics or zumba and the area for the elderly installed on the beach of the Port so that people with difficulties can take a bath in the best conditions and with the best possible guarantees, as well as offering them chairs adapted for bathing.
Summer Activities: In July and August the Mazarrón Town Hall organises a fun summer programme for families to coincide with the summer holiday period; free children’s activities are also offered on the beaches. The programme includes: summer cinema on the beach, themed beaches with activities for children, the Summer Carnival parade, cultural visits and free guided walks, sports activities such as swimming, beach football, sailing lessons, windsurfing, kayaking and paddle surfing, table tennis and much more, all of them with prior registration.
Two of the big attractions are also the water parks installed on the beaches themselves, especially designed for children, and the boat and jet ski rentals, designed for a young public looking for other experiences.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that the beaches have a series of high quality beach bars that offer the possibility of enjoying a drink during the day or a drink in the evenings while enjoying the live performances that are programmed throughout the summer.
